Concatenates String objects.

Concatenates String objects. For example, 
        String t1 = "abc";
        String t2;
        t2 = t1 + "def"
        assert(t2 == "abcdef");
Parameters:
str1 - The first String to concatenate.
str2 - The second String to concatenate.
Returns:
The concatenated String.
